An oft photographed historic house in Washington DC needed a more subdued blue paint color on the siding. Above the door and windows, a contrast color was painted underneath the cornices, to set off the beautiful corbels.
Three side by side houses with beautiful Oriel bow windows: The bright teal house with white and brown accents was painted without consulting the neighbors, just before the house was sold. The two other homeowners decided to work with Tech Painting and with me in consultation together, before repainting, for a more cohesive and balanced grouping.
